It’s never too late to share the success of our members, and that’s why we created a summary of our members’ achievements in 2021. Despite 2021 being another harsh year of pandemic, our members pulled through with their heads up and reached new milestones. In the part 1 of the summary, you can read more about the success of EdTech companies from Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia.

Lithuania

Bit Degree

Reflectus

Reflectus’ customers tripled in size, they organised a few dozen educational events, and their brand became recognised in connection with reflective practice innovation in a vast majority of Lithuanian schools.

What did Reflectus learn in 2021?

To listen to customers as much as they could and follow the feedback that shaped further development of Reflectus but also showed us a positive impact that our products have on our users.

What is the best memory of 2021 for Reflectus?

Our happiest memory is the Reflectum Forum, a full-day event that united more than 600 Lithuanian teachers who shared their practices and experiences using Reflectus. That made us proud of the community we built.

Teachers Lead Tech

Teachers Lead Tech onboarded 40% of all primary school teachers in Lithuania to our continuous learning program, where they learn how to create with tech – from creative coding to AI. Thanks to those teachers, 50 000 kids have already experienced technology creativity practices in their classrooms. Teachers Lead Tech signed a major strategic partnership with the Lithuanian startup association “Unicorns LT”, which helps us accelerate our goal to reach 50% of primary school teachers this school year.

What did Teachers Lead Tech learn in 2021?

Follow your customers and not market opportunities; stereotypes are an easy way to avoid change and an amazing opportunity to brave ones, and primary school teachers are magicians.

What is the best memory of 2021 for Teachers Lead Tech?

Best memories go back to seeing teachers’ progress, joy, and hearing feedback from them like: “I constantly hear from kids “Teach, thank you for teaching us how to code”. I haven’t heard so many thank-yous over the last 30 years of teaching” or “I conquered my fear and am learning to create with tech. It’s still scary and unknown, but I’m proud of myself. I’m doing it!”
